US investment for minority stake

A private equity fund based out of US is interested to invest in Indian aerospace companies, especially in aerospace component manufacturing space - manufacturing highly complex machined components for commercial aerospace, aero-engine parts etc.

Tier-2/3 suppliers  with >100cr revenue and ~15-30cr+ EBITDA would be a minimum size.

Investment range: $20mn to $100mn for minority holding. Generally partner with companies for 5-7 years and then require an exit through IPO/strategic sale, etc.
