Bangalore Dynamatic Technologies Limited has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Hutchinson to address the aerospace market in India. The agreement brings together Hutchinson’s expertise in advanced composite and multi-material systems with Dynamatic’s capabilities in metallic aerostructures and assemblies to support aircraft manufacturing programmes in the country.
The collaboration is intended to support aircraft programme ramp-ups and respond to demand in India’s aerospace sector. Under the framework, Dynamatic will award Hutchinson its first composite parts work package, while Hutchinson will award Dynamatic a first multi-year metallic parts contract.
The agreement combines Dynamatic’s industrial footprint for complex metallic structures with Hutchinson’s materials and systems expertise. The companies stated that the collaboration aims to support the needs of India’s expanding aerospace market and prepare for the next generation of aircraft programmes.
