Economic Explosives Ltd Establishes Private Drone Testing Facility in Nagpur

Economic Explosives Ltd (EEL), based in Nagpur, has established a private drone testing facility featuring a 1.4-kilometer runway designed for long-range unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) trials.

The facility is intended to aid in the development of the company’s Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) UAV, a project focused on meeting the operational requirements of the Indian Armed Forces.

According to an update from the company, the facility represents an expansion of its capabilities in advanced drone technology testing and development.
